設定setting.py裡的TEMPLATE前要先確認Django版本，設置如下:

Django <= 1.7

BASE_DIR = os.path.dirname(os.path.dirname(os.path.abspath(__file__)))

    os.path.join(BASE_DIR, 'templates'),
)

Django 1.8+

TEMPLATES = [
    {
